Years ago, I made a decision. I was going to change my physique.

As a kid, I was obsessed with superheroes. Not just their powers, but their presence. The moment they stepped onto the screen, it filled me with awe.

That's who I wanted to become. Someone who inspired awe — in others, and in myself.

So I committed, I trained, learned about fitness and nutrition, I was obsessed. And like everyone else chasing performance, I bought my first pre-workout.

I poured my scoop, shook the bottle. I was excited.

It was nothing like I expected.

Jitters. Itching. I couldn't concentrate, let alone lift weights. And the worst part? My performance didn't improve at all.

So I searched for something better.

A pre-workout without the overloaded stimulants. Without the tingling, itching and distractions. One with properly dosed ingredients, that actually enhanced performance.

Dozens of products later, I realised something.

If it didn't exist, I would have to build it myself.

I dove into the research. Ingredients, mechanisms, clinical dosing, performance pathways. Every way to enhance training. And I created a formula. One that made training feel incredible.

People weren't just enjoying their workouts, they were progressing.

A 17 year old girl deadlifting 110kg. A man who struggled with his weight finally falling in love with training. And me, going from a lanky kid to stepping on stage as a Men's Physique competitor.

It wasn't a miracle supplement, but it made training the best part of the day.

Then the business collapsed. My poor choice in a partner ended everything.

But the mission never changed.

Astra was born from unfinished work.

The supplement industry still hasn't evolved. Still saturated with the same over-stimulating blends, under-dosed formulas and the same beta-alanine tingles.
